Refund Policy for Salon Education Journal

Please note our refund guidelines below.

1. Digital Products:

All digital products sold on Salon Education Journal are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content. Once the content is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. Physical Products:

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all physical products are non-refundable. If a physical product has a specific refund policy, it will be explicitly stated in its product description.

3. Subscription Cancellation:

In line with your statutory rights, should you decide that you want to cancel your annual subscription to the print issues of Salon Education Journal prior to your subscription end date, please contact us at he***@sa*******************.uk for assistance.

4. Exceptions:

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered under special circumstances and at the discretion of Salon Education Journal management. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us at he***@sa*******************.uk, providing detailed reasons for your request.

5. Refund Process:

Should a refund be approved for any reason, the process will be initiated within 7 business days, and the funds will be returned via the original payment method. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
